Bill Schwabe - Pueblo's 1994 Realtor of the Year!!!

Bill Schwabe, the employing broker for Schwabe Real Estate, Inc., received his real estate broker's license in 1985.  Schwabe Real Estate's corporation began in 1980 as W.H. Schwabe & Associates, Inc. by Bill and his father.  The growth and success of the company has been in real estate - including new home sales, land development, single family homes, commercial sales, and management of repossessed properties.

Bill Schwabe has been recognized as a leader in the real estate industry.  He was Rookie of the Year at his first real estate firm, Pueblo's Realtor of the Year in 1994, and has served as the President of the Pueblo Association of Realtors twice.  Bill served as President in 1990 - 91 and again in 1993 - 94.  Bill has served as Pueblo's MLS chairman, Finance chairman, Director to the Colorado Association of Realtors, South East Colorado Vice President, and a Trustee and Past President of the Colorado Association of Realtors Education Foundation.

Bill is a graduate of Colorado State University and is an AVID RAM FAN!!!  He is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and member of the  Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the local boards of the Pueblo County 4-H Foundation, Pueblo County Goodwill Board of Directors, and C.S.U. Alumni Board.  Bill is a member of Central Christian Church and has served as a elder, deacon, Stewardship Chairman, Treasurer, and Board Chairman.

Bill can be seen on ESPN during the NCAA basketball tournament in Maui each November sponsored by EA Sports.  Keep an eye on the Surf'n Santa - it's a tuff job but somebody's got to do it!!!
